Company Giving Initiative
Throughout the year, you can expect announcements for engaging ways to get involved with local humanitarian, educational, and environmental organizations from participating in food drives to lending a hand at beach cleanups and more. We’re eager to make a real difference in the community and build lasting bonds as a team in the process.

Employee Giving Program
We want to celebrate and further the incredible work many of you already do in supporting worthy causes. The RWE Employee Giving Program provides up to $100 per employee to support eligible 501(c)(3) organizations that you’re actively fundraising for, donating to, or volunteering with until the program budget is reached.
