Scope:

• Replace ~5107sqft of 4” AC over 8” Type II AB and install ~640lf of AC berm with seven (7) brass valves, and a new AC ramp near South Entrance Gate.
• Stripe new berms and ramps.
• Construct new swales (6’ swale ~198lf and 3’ swale ~ 563lf).
• Bring swale to existing drainage canal and sawcut and remove 3” from top of canal. Match to swale and adjust to maintain positive flow.
• Install two (2) 4’x4’ concrete aprons, a new concrete walkway, and new concrete curbs near swales.
• Install four (4) HSS drainage crossovers.
• Grade areas as needed for proper flow.
