Scope:

This substation is one of the three substations that is supporting the largest solar project in the USA! This project is expected to generate enough clean energy to power 238,000 homes and eliminate an estimated 320,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

  • Install one (1) drop-in MEER Building.
  • Install twenty-two (22) 34.5kV collection positions including: twenty-two (22) 34.5kV CB’s, twenty-nine (29) 34.5kV disconnects, twenty-two (22) Collection Units and associated buses and structures.
  • Install seven (7) 230kV CB’s and seven (7) 230kV disconnects including associated buses and structures.
  • Install five (5) 230kV/34.5kV Transformers.
  • Install five (5) static masses.
