Scope:

Provide test support for:

• Installation of No. 1, 2, &3 12kV Cap Bank.
• Replace SL&P
• Installation of No. 2 Transformer Bank.
• Replace 66kV Line Pots.
• Install 12kV Bus Pots.
• Upgrade HMI from V5.X to V6.X
• Replace PLC.
• Replace eight (8) 12kV CB’s
• Install 12kV Buss Diff.
• Prove Protection for all new equipment.
