- Build an entirely new substation.
- Install: two (2) 66kV CBs, five (5) 66kV Disconnects, two (2) 66/12kV Transformers, two (2) 12kV CBs, four (4) 12kV Disconnects, primary and secondary conductor, one (1) 20’x30’ Relay House.
- Install 350 cu yds. of concrete, 2000’ of ground grid and conduit.
- Test all relays and equipment.
