James Waite is the CEO & Visionary at Roberson Waite Electric whose responsibilities focus on the creation of the business plan, high level networking and relationships, developing and fostering culture, and creative problem solving.

James knows that the driving force behind all successful organizations is teamwork. He believes in human potential and strives to inspire people to push the limits of greatness.

Over the past 18 years, James has performed almost every task in the company from Departmental Operations Manager to Office Clerk. Through these experiences he’s come to understand not only the importance of having the right person in the right seat, but the profound significance of rowing together in harmony.

James’s greatest accomplishment has been bringing vision and traction back to the family business. Over five years, the company’s team and revenues have grown 5x, all the while not sacrificing or compromising the company’s core values. He strives every day to make his predecessors (Grandpa and Mother) proud.

James holds a B.S. in Cognitive Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
