About:

Ernesto Hernandez is the Vice President of Operations at Roberson Waite Electric who oversees operations, planning, workforce development, and community partnerships for Substation, Battery Storage, EV Charging Station construction, and Testing teams. He brings a collaborative, purpose-oriented, results-driven, and innovative leadership style to his executive role. Ernesto is recognized as a superb liaison between management and labor, as well as with individuals of diverse backgrounds and cultures, always encouraging the team of teams to push the limits of greatness.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities Ernesto is a pastor-teacher in San Clemente, CA and serves on the International Board of New Dawn Communities where “We empower orphaned youth, within a loving community, to become positive influencers in their world.”

Ernesto is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a B.S in Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
